Rare Bauhaus dining table with tubular steel frame in loop design. It is model B 10 by Marcel Breuer from the 20s; “rectangular” variant with different length and width dimensions. Unfortunately, it is not known which version (Thonet, Slezak, etc.) it is; the table was found in the Czech Republic. The chrome plating of the tubular steel frame is still well preserved, especially in the upper part; however, strong traces of corrosion can be seen in the curves of the stand feet. A new chrome plating would be conceivable due to the good demountability. The lacquer finish of the table top is probably no longer original and shows strong signs of use (pictures). The table was completely disassembled and cleaned, and the tubular steel frame polished. Dimensions (approx.): width 76,5cm / length 91,0cm / height 75,0cm
