Bauhaus desk, model after Rudolf Vichr, most probably produced by Kovona in the 40s or 50s, in very nice vintage condition with clear traces of time. The handles were remade true to the original as they were no longer complete and were already in very poor condition. The missing locks have also been added; the locking mechanism (the top drawer locks all the others in the cube) works on both sides. Minor veneer damage has been repaired over time; with the exception of the table top, the surfaces should be largely in their original condition; there are numerous signs of use and ageing. The chrome plating is in very good condition and only shows minor scratches and occasional matt areas.
