Very rare Bauhaus cabinet, attributed to the architect John Hagemann, probably from the 1930s from Czech Thonet licensed production. The chrome-plated elements are in exceptionally good condition – normal signs of use and minor corrosion are present. The dark brown wooden surfaces show minimal veneer damage, otherwise a very beautiful silky matt sheen is visible. The keys have been replaced and the locks made workable again.
